Come camp with us at Timothy Lake near Mt. Hood. Stay as long as you can. We’ll camp at Pine Point Campground at a group site with spacious sites and private space, room for RV/Trailers. The lake is beautiful and fun for all kinds of water play–paddleboards, floaties, olympic swimming. Lots of great hiking all around the lake.

Monday, August 3 - Thursday, August 6. $15 per person. No cost for vehicles this year.

Directions:

From Sandy, continue on the 26-E. Turn right onto S-507A Rd. Turn left onto FS-506. Turn right onto S-506D Rd. Turn right onto NF-42/Oregon Skyline Rd. Keep left to stay on NF-42/Oregon Skyline Rd. Turn left (not right) to the Pine Point West Loop Group Campground site.

We have the West Loop Group Camp site reserved. Sites have a capacity of 6 people per site and most hold two vehicles. Bring all camping gear and food for you/your family. Campground has drinking water and vault toilets. Sites are walking distance to the lake, so bring paddleboards/kayaks, fishing gear, hiking gear. The roads are paved, and there is a nice private paved loop at the group site that is great for bikes for kids.

Life jackets and whistles are required for being on the water. Dogs are allowed. There are no trailer hook-ups. Over 22 ft trailers/RV not recommended. Lately, during the dry season Parks & Rec. have prohibited campfires. We will keep you all updated on fire restrictions.
