Sharing What Heals

ENGAGEMENT

We talk about integration here - gathering even the hard parts of our story in, letting them become part of us. So start there: what's one part of your story you've worked to keep out — a chapter you delete, a room you don't go into, an "I'm fine" that hides something? You don't have to open it here. Just notice it's there.

Where have you been asking to be made unbroken - for the grief to end, the anxiety to vanish, the thing to go back to how it was before? What might change if you stopped waiting to be cured and started asking, instead, to be made whole - to live a life that includes the thing rather than one that keeps waiting for its absence?

Be honest about where you're at. Some of what you carry is a scar you could speak from. Some is a thorn you're learning to live with. And some is still an open wound that needs to heal first. Which is which for you right now? Are you able to talk about which one?
