ENGAGEMENT:

• Somebody left grain standing for you - a teacher who stayed late, a door someone opened, a season you were carried when you couldn't carry yourself. Whose field did you once glean at?

• Jesus says the rich man looked at his surplus and could only imagine one thing: a bigger barn. A higher wall, more storage, never once "who could this feed?" When you end up with more than you need, where does your imagination go first - the barn, or the table? Be honest about which comes more naturally.

• Somebody is always coming to the edge hungry (for time, resources, presence, etc). Who's that person in your life right now, and what would it cost you to leave something standing for them?
